About these terms
These terms apply when you buy from Organised Life (organisedlife.com.au). By placing an order you agree to them. Organised Life is based in Queensland, Australia.
What you are buying
Our products are digital downloads (such as fillable PDF binders and planners). After payment you receive a download link by email. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
How you can use your purchase
You can use your purchase for yourself and your household, and print as many copies as you need for that purpose. You may not resell, share, post online, or distribute the files or any part of them, or use them to make products you sell.
Ownership
We own the content, design and branding of our products. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it as described above, not ownership of the content.
Information, not advice
Our products help you organise information. They are not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Emergency numbers are provided for convenience; check that they are correct for your area. In an emergency call 000.
Your privacy and your records
Our products are designed so you can keep your own information in them. We never see what you type into your files. Please keep your completed files somewhere safe and private.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
